It depends on the type of pants you are using. I use Prevail night and day. I wet during the day sometimes when I get an anxiety attack and at night it's bedwetting. I've found Drynites (Goodnites - America) don't leak at night or day, but the Prevail one's my doctor gives me leak at night. The Prevail one's are a lot bigger than the Dry Nites I think I'm too small for the Prevail's. You could have the same problem, have you tried the largest size of Drynites/Goobnites?
