Have you considered wearing a diaper to bed? I find it is much better waking up warm and comfortable than cold and miserable. Before I used the Molicare diapers with plastic pants, I slept in the nude directly on a bed pad. The pad also kept me warm and comfortable, but I had to rinse it out every morning. I'd suggest that you experiment a little, and find out what suits you best. A third option is to use a catheter, but that always led to an infection with me. I am not aware of any other option than these three, diapers, bed pads, or catheters, although there are many varieties of all of them.
