Couple a tips- Avoid alcohol and caffeine especially late in the day, but DO stay hydrated by drinking water throughout the day. Remember: "Before dinner, drink lots o' water, but after dinner, you shouldn't otter!" This worked for me in my late teens when I had problems with wetting. If I drink (alcohol or tea) I have "opps" moments when i wake up and catch it but it is spooky. There are homeopathic remidies that can help and are low risk. And there are drups to help, too.
