Hello. I am a 24/7 diaper wearer, not just night. I also felt the same way as you when my wife and I first started living togeather (when we were engaged). I however eventually felt a great deal of comfort knowing that we could talk openly about my problem. Things that she did, that showed she was comfortable with it (such as buying diapers, making sure I have plenty when we go away for a weekend, or once even changing me when I was extremely ill with the flu) have helped me become comfortable with it also. I actually was very paranoid all the time until I met my wife, and was helped by her support. Good Luck, Craig
