Hi Rafael, I'm incontinent due to a small bladder and am in diapers 24/7. I've lost almost all control 2 yrs ago which nearly devestated me, but with my brothers help I'm back into the swing of things again, and leading a fairly normal life. I'm learning to adapt to this horrendous condition, but it could be worse I could be paralized, blind & deaf, or be dying from a fatal disease. I'm counting my blessings at this stage in life. I was prepared for this and knew it was a losing battle. Each year the condition worsened to where I now am almost, but in actual fact, totally incontinent. To answer your question, yes tea is a contributing factor, as is coffee. I believe it is a diuretic which really makes you go. I think there is a health benefit because it is cleansing your kidneys, etc. I, like you, enjoy tea as well and still drink it on occassion. The only advice I can offer is to try not to let it get to you. Enjoy your tea none-the-less, as I do, and let your diaper take care of the end result. Cheers,
