Hi Mort, My suggestion is to wear a pair of underwear over your diaper & plastic pants, this is what I do and it wprks great! Totally (almost) quiets the sound, trust me it's undetectable to the people around you. You may hear it, but it's very faint. Another idea is a onesie which are like the baby all in one t-shirts, which they make for adults too. Check out the web, some diaper companies offer them. Ian
