Hi Joseph, I also like you have a weak + a small bladder and am in diapers 24/7. I use cloth & disposables. www.adultclothdiapers.com is a great co. The quality is excellent! I haven't tried their cloth diapers (which I heard were very good quality), but their plastic pants are very high quality. I'm using the leakmasters at the moment.
