Hi, Itravel alot too. I sometimes call the motel that i will be staying at and tell them about my incontienece. I ask them if they have a plastic or vinyl sheet or pads. They say they do not but some do. i sugjest to them that they could use a vinly shower curtian. i then tell them to just place it under the top sheet on the mattress. I even was asked if i needed a diaper pail. i said yes and it was in the room when i arrived. Usually if the housekeeping staff are in i try to ask which person will be cleaning my room. once i find out i them tell them that sometime i have my plastic pants drying on the shower rod. Know one to this date has ever ever made a fuss. Even one of them said that my plastic pants looked cute drying on the rod. hope this info helps
