Kelly, I agree with Ryan that stress is probably a factor in your wetting, and if that is the case then seeing a doctor for some medication to calm your bladder muscles just might do the trick. Until you can do that, though, one thing that sometimes helps me away from home is to set my watch alarm to go off about 2 hours after I go to bed. If you get up and go to the bathroom at that point you should have a much better chance of staying dry, since most of the body's urine production during the night happens in the first few hours. The only difficulty with this is if you are a sound sleeper (as I am) you need to make sure you will actually hear the alarm... I find that if I take my watch off and set it right next to my ear beside the pillow it almost always works. As long as I've done this in combination with the other methods you mention (watching liquid intake and avoiding caffeine) I've never had a problem away from home.
