Welcome to the club! I started having wetting problems in my 30's. I wear diapers to bed and pads or undergarments for daytime protection. I too have sudden urge problems in the daytime and have sometimes soaked myself, but it seems to be worse in cold weather. I guess the cold makes the muscles contract. I sometimes go for long periods (weeks or months) without much daytime wetting; then suddenly I'm having problems again. I have no idea why this is the case. Do others also experience changes in their condition from time to time?
