I've had many bouts with diaper rash over the years. If you create an environemnt with a lot of absorbancy, change as soon as possible, give the area air, when possible, and use a bonifide diaper rash ointment/cream, your rashes should be few and far between. My problem is that I wet very heavily through the night and don't awake until morning. Howevere, I have still found this basic principles to work. Good luck.
