I don't think the urinary incontinence is anything to be ashamed of when talking to your doctor. However, I understand completely how the bowel incontinence might be diffiecult. About 18 months ago, I had to talk to my Dr. about that. I had a big accident at work on morning but thankfully no one found out because I was able to sneek home and take care of it. He recommended a colonscopy which found nothing (a good thing) and I figured out some things I was eating were irritating my bowel and causing me problems. It was very embarassing to talk to my Dr. about it but not as bad as having another accident in front of one of my co-workers. I'll tell you more details if it would help.
