those depend undergarmets do not work well at all if you do alot of walking they tend to twist and the buttons tear right out of the undergarment. my suggestion is to go for the depend fitted briefs they are more secure and offer you the best protection and you will be fine in them i do alot of walking and i travel both domestically and internationally alot for my work and i do fine. hope this helps you out.
