I wear Molicare disposables. However, the diaper brand shouldn't be the major issue here. Whether you wear an undergarment (with buttons) or a brief (with tapes) shouldn't matter if you support the diaper properly. I'm incontinent 24/7, and wear a pair of boxer-briefs over the disposable, then plastic pants, tee-shirt, and bicycle shorts. This forms a protective unit that always keeps me dry, contains odors, and can support several pounds of urine. The Molicare allows me to void up to 4 times now (with an underpad added), which is between 3 and 4 pints, at a pound/pint. Also, the unit contains noise, as the athletic pants hold the diaper and plastic pants close to me, and this prevents the rustling sound.
