use depend fitted briefs they are not too bad i wear them 24-7 and they are fine for me i work in the service industry and am in front of people all day i have had no problems at all. i have little controll of my bladder and full controll of my bowels thankfully. if you are in the 20-30 inch waist get the small, 30-44 inch waist get the medium and over 44-54 get the large. they will be the most helpful i think wear a pair of underwear over them to prevent the noise factor of the depend. do not get the attends they are perfume laden and they are way too big if your shirt would pop out of your pants they would show and they are a bit puffy-baggy. others are just not good due to the fact they only have one or two tapes and they are not good at preventing leaks. hope this helps you.
