Hey Jenny, I have the same problem with having occasional to frequent wet nights. I have tried keeping track of everything that I eat 5 hours before bed to see if it is due to food allergies, I've tried cutting out caffine, I am now attending a Chiropractor, he is helping me straighten out a few lower back problems that may contribute to the wet nights. I fell off a loft when I was 2 yrs old and damaged my sacrum. Since then it has affected my sleep patterns, causing me to sleep so deep that I can't wake my self up to go to the bathroom. You might want to try a bedwetting alarm. The alarm sounds as soon as a drop of moisture touches it. Basically it trains your body to recognize the urge to go to the bathroom. I know you can get them from medical stores, and I actually saw a few on ebay. If your condition is determined to be nonmedically realted, the alarm may be an option you want to try. I found this board a few weeks ago. I think it is a great idea to have this support and to know you aren't alone. I have been struggling with this for 19 years and always felt like the only one. It's encouraging to see how eveyone can remain so positive. Thanks!
