Andy, I suffer from the same thing as you due to injuring my back. I have tried several different types of medications and none of thhem worked very well. That is not to say that they won't work for you as everyone is different as to how medications respond. I have been offered the iption of either trying botox injections into my bladder every six months or having a neuro-transmitter implanted in my body to try to stop the bladder spasms. I'm not too crazy about either option as they are not cures but merely treat symptoms. Another thing I worry about is the long term effects of such treatment and will they cause other problems down the road. Right now I wear diapers 24/7 and have adjusted to having to do this. It isn't the best way to deal with the problem, obviously, but until they can offer me a better solution for my incontinence, I'll just deal with it the best I can. Good Luck! John
