Eric, If you are concerned about noise during the day, you could wear a pair of spandex bike shorts over your diaper. That will eliminate noise. Several people have reported that they have solved the problem this way, especially those who wear plastic pants (either over cloth diapers or over disposables for extra protection). I wear rubber pants, and have found them to be almost noise-free. I like them better; however, they are considerably more expensive and tear easily if you're not careful.
