I'm a urology PA. Just wanted to let you know you are on the right track, go see a urology Dr or PA. Workups for intermittent can be time consuming and costly. DDAVP is an option, but I generally don't prescribe it for patients that wet lest then 4 times a month. There are many possible causes and I'm not going to sit here and guess. If you did have a urinary track infection you would likely know due to burning when urinating and fowl smelling urine. Also if this runs in spirits that is a consideration. Also was wondering if you have had a child at some point and when? This is a big consideration when treating women, if so I'll talk with you some more. Good luck
