No problem. I have same difficulty. I am small and can wear the pull up disposable nappies sold for teenagers with bed-wetting problems. They have surprisingly big absorbensy and although on these occasions, before onset of my period, I fully empty my bladder I find that there is seldom any leakage. I buy these in my local supermarket (Tesco) and have no embarrassment as it sufficiently anonymous. Please do try them. They are remarkably good.
