Hi, I'm Joni. I am the same as you. I have bowel problems at work. I stand on my feet all day. Simetimes I can't control my bowel, bladder too. Leave for work 30 minutes earlier. That way if you have an accident you will be able to change. I use Depend super pull onn type diapers. No one can see them. I also yse plastic pants over the top of them. If you use the pull ons with the tapes they are easier to change. I have a little purse that always has a clean change and wipes in it at all times. No one at work knows anything at all. But most importantly, leave for work earlier.
