Hey, thought I'd update. Thanks for all the advice, I took it and told her last week. Basically I told her I needed to talk to her about something, and then asked if she remembered me having issues with staying dry at night, she did, so I told her I still had said issues and to save us doing washing every day and ruining our trip I'd probably just wear "protection" (thought it sounded better than "diapers", more acceptable). Don't know quite what I thought she'd say, but she was just like "Okay cool, whatever!" lol.
