Check out www.bissell.com. I have their Little Green cleaner which is very good for deep cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture, and probably mattresses as well. After cleaning, it sucks most of the water out but you still need to let it dry. That's when a fan or blow dryer might help. But I would try to get as much of the urine out as possible before drying it.
