There are so many absorbent product for all levels of bladder control. Such as underpads- undergarments-beltess undergarment and protective underwear wish is a pull up those are for light and moderate for heavy wetting proction--> protective underwear pull up and absorbent breif wich is known to be called a diaper. I myself who is a bed wetter with complete loss heavy wetter I find that the depend over night brief (diaper) works best for me and also a few other brand are good.
