I'm much the same. I've been trying to manage my problem with the largest ordinary sanitory towels, but then I moved on to Tena Lady products, which seem to be available most supermarkets in UK. But there were still times when I wet through them. A couple of days ago I received a free sample from Tena of their new(ish) discreet pants (I'd had free samples of their Tena lady pads before). I wore it yesterday, and so far so good I had a full on accident whilst shopping and was still dry after. I've seen them on sale in some of the bigger supermarkets and mail order, I think I going to order buy 10 or 20 to get started.
