To be honest cloth diapers with plastic pants are really the best for night wetting. Depending on how much you wet you can add more or less diapers. Also they make them with velcro so you don't have to use pins and can diaper yourself. For Disposables I think Molicares are best. All diapers go by waist size or hip size. Attends with a boster pad will also work pretty well (you need the boosters if you wet a lot). Other than that you can try goodnights but the waist isn't really made for bigger guys. good luck
