Reply from Janet, Age 47Hey Mark, I'm so sorry you are having this problem. Have you or your mom ever thought of seeing an alternative doctor? They would check you for allergies to certain foods. Allergies can do some stange things in your brain where alot of these kinds of problems start. If your brain does not respond to your need to wake-up well then that would be the key to your problem. (By the way, I wet my bed once when I was in my late 20's and 7 months pregnant.) My brain was slow to tell me and I thought I was in the bathroom. whoops...It can happen to anyone whether they believe it or not..........I have a daughter who is allergic to many things and came down very sick last year. The regular doctors could not figure out why she had headaches, depression, a strange cough and sore throat...etc. Later I found out through a natural doctor that she had several alleries. The main one being sugar and starchy foods that turn to sugar in the blood. Now that she has stopped eating so much of that kind of food, she does not suffer with the headaches, dizziness, coughing and etc. Now it seems to me that allergies can make someone sick in different ways. Maybe you should try taking certain foods out of your diet and see if there is any change. It maybe worth a try. High on the allergy list in American kids are: sugar :< , milk, peanutbutter, eggs and wheat and chocolate. Now you might say, "what the heck can I eat!!!!!! Well its hard at first but just try taking out one food at a time. Don't starve yourself. If you take some responsibility and try to find answers your mother may see how much this problem bothers you too. Good luck......and it wouldn't hurt to ask God for some help too. I will say a prayer for you. Chin up and don't stop trying. JH. |
