I am 22 and I wear the British version of Goodnites which are DryNites in the green pack and even though the age limit on them is 10+ they fit me and I am 22, I have a 30" waist and there is loads of slack on them. I have also tried using the smaller size (age 5-7) and these fit but are very tight. As for the noise they are just like normal underwear (there based on the Huggies Pull-Up practice pants). I used them on a camp recently and nobody knew I was wearing them except me.
