Reply from Darren, Age 22 - 12/6/00 - IP#: 195.12.238.202Carn - I know this is probably a bit of a late reply (I haven't been browsing this board in a while). You shouldn't be afraid to go to sleepovers. You never know if you go to one you will probably find that the other kids also wet the bed. At 11 most children wet the bed it is only when you get to the age of about 16+ that it gets a bit embarressing (but even then most people know someone who wets the bed or knew what it was like for them when they wet the bed). You might be best joining the scouts and going on a scout camp to see how many kids wet the bed. I remember the main question on the permission to camp forms with scouts is Medical details (e.g. bed-wetting) and when I was on the Millennium Camp this year helping out with all the cubs the first thing that happened in the morning was all the cubs were sat eating there breakfast laughing and having fun about wetting the bed so don't worry about sleepovers |
