First off what are you doing being a boy scout leader?? Children today need to realize that life is not all fun and games. Boy scouts shows them that they can run willy-nilly all over the place. Children are not to be followers but leaders. I know that that is what you guys are about but how do you expect them to learn when you can barely take care of yourself??? Do you live at home still?? I am not trying to critize you but I think you shouldn't be embarassed about your problem. Try to encorperat activities that don't require overnightes. Jjust try to share your issues and considering these kids are like 6 they can relate. Besides most older people wet the bed so hey your ahead of the pack!!!
