You can get 32" waist adult diapers they are made by various companies. Peaudouce used to make them called Peaudouce Junior (but the store I used to get these from say they are discontinued, I think Kleenex (makers of Goodnites) took over Peaudouce). There is also Depend Adult Diapers which fit about 32" waist, these can be very expensive though (in the UK there about 8GBP for a pack of 6). Also Tyco Healthcare/Kendall Comforta make DryFit and these are very cheap to buy. I use the DryFit every night and there very good and identical to a babies diaper/nappy. The website for Kendall is www.kendallhq.com and the order code for DryFit is 2750 Kendall are an international company. If you live in the UK you can also fill out a VAT disclaimer form to get the products at ex-VAT prices (as bedwetting's a medical condition, I still can't figure out who wouldn't be exempt from VAT!)
