Go get some Depends Undergarments . they will help you , so you won't wet the bed again . You'll find them at the Pharmacy . In the meantime, try not to wet your bed. Also , see if you can get a plastic matress spread. This will help so that the matress doesn't get all wet. And don't worry...lots of people your age out there has gone through the same problem , too ( even Senior Citizen ). So don't get all work up about it.
