The words "new babysitter" also implies that you have selected a new person to care for your daughter and plan to use that person on a regular basis. Diaper changing duties should be or have been included in the selection/interview process. Unless the babysitting will only be for an hour or two at a time, the babysitter's duties should include diaper changes as necessary. The alternative would be for your daughter to remain in a wet or messy diaper until you return home. |
