Catie, I am a bedwetter myself and when I travel I carry disposable diapers and plastic grocery bags, the kind most grocery and discount stores use with built in handles. In the morning I roll up the wet diaper, put it in a bag, tie the handles together and squeeze the air out. Then I just put it in the wastebasket. You could do the same thing on the plane, but there may be a separate disposal for diapers or sanitary napkins. If not just drop it in the trash; once it's tied up in a plastic bag it shouldn't be a problem. You can also do the same thing at your hotel.
