Reply from Tom , Child's Age 10/15/19 - 12/24/02 - IP#: 80.5.86.171Dear Joseph whilst I agree wearing a diaper is better than sleeping in a cold wetbed God only knows that is what happened to me when I was little However your Mum and Dad are from the Old School of thought and think that wearing a nappy is for babies whilest I am myself a firm believer in trying other remedies first ie bed alarm, ddvap etc;and only useing nappies as a last resort I personally do not agree with normal children wearing nappies on long journeys! as it is teaching the normal child to become dependant on them and it will have severe consequences later on for the children. I would suggest that you have a quiet word with Mam & dad and say look mum I dont want to be nasty but these are my kids and your Grandchildrenbut with regards to them wearing nappies at night it is far better them sleep in a dry bed than a wet one plus it saves on all the washing that wet beds bring! I am not babying them! and it would be appreciated if you would not fetch this subject up when they are going to bed I acknowledge your views and i now have told you why i am doing it so please honour our wishes ! un fortunately my childrens grand parents have died and my father-in-law just passed away on the 19th of december and we buried him on the 23rd december so be happy for youyr kids they have grand parents they are a scarce commodity! lol happy christmas from Tom |
