Reader i said i wouldnt reply however i have! first of all I am Not a proponent of putting a child back into a nappy for a long period as I would tend to agree with you there is evidence that putting a child back in a nappy can harm a child as it did you! Iand i do statethis when i posst with a person and have had flack off a certain fellow poster who posts on this board for explaining this! however, i explain the possible pro's and Con's and possible causes although i am not a doctor i have extensive experiance with children with problems ! and i do feel for you!that you have this problem!and unfortunately haveing a fetish is very difficult to get rid of and near impossible by some experts but in other quarters they say is treatable!however my kids went through this i myself and teh wife tried everything to help my kids my wife and i sought the washing sheets route but with my special needs son he did not have the awareness so we chose the nappies route until he was able to have the knowledge of his own hygene and then we potty trained him and he was 8 yrs of age he is now 10 but has a mental age of a 5 yr old!!anyway that is my position on this board i am not a peophile nor a fetishist i simply trying to help ! as i am sure everyone on this board thinks they are trying to help but by coming on the board and venting your anger for something Your mother done is the wrong way to go about it yes you are angry but dont take it out on these parents who are trying to help their children you can only educate you cannot brow beat people! the same as my 15 yr old has Aspergers syndrome which is part of autism but he is high functioning not a lot of people know about aspergers syndrome but people need to be educated about this as if you met my son he would be right in your face and do not understand social ques and it is a genetic disorder !
