I'd suggest making it easy for her to change herself. Perhaps she can learn to use pull-up style diapers. While out in public, she could wear 2 sets, and simply remove the inner, used one when necessary. Or, she could use a diaper doubler, and not worry about having to change in public. Eventually, as she gets more used to changing herself, she'll learn to handle things in public, too. I hope you don't give into her ploys for needing an adult to change her at her age, unless she is mentally challenged and is not able to do so herself. She's capable of tying her own shoes, and making them fit right, and can put on her own panties. She is capable of dressing herself, and this is just another piece of clothing. I'd provide for her, but not encourage her to be wet all the time. I have been assuming that you have had a doctor check her over to be sure there is nothing physically wrong with her. Hopefully, this is just a stage in which her body has grown faster than her bladder has, and she just hasn't learned how to cope with it. But, if she hasn't been to her doctor about this problem, please take her to one if only for your own peace of mind.
