The alarm Bob suggested may help and is worth a try. You might also ask her doctor about DDAVP which also helps many people, although some parents don’t like to medicate their child if they can avoid it. But the problem you described has a simple solution; don’t put the diaper on two hours before bed. Once a diaper is pinned or taped on, depending on what type you use, it’s aggravating to have to remove it to use the toilet and refasten it afterwards, and two hours is long enough to need to go again before bedtime. If you are still using a diaper for bedwetting it should be put on just before going to bed.
