star charts are a good thing and reward system is good it encourages the child to want to try and better themselves! I am glad that Cindy took the time to take an interest in her child yes its extra work but if you love your child its worth the extra effort some parents seem not to be able to do these things and are tied up in their work!putting a child in nappies or pullups isnt always the answer! best wishes and good Luck!.Tom.Uk
