Reply from BillWe had high hopes before the sales person (VP? Yeah, right) for Pacific International came to our house. Fortunately, he inadvertantly cost himself the sale by being rude and trying to shame us and insult as parents. That company greatly concerns me. If they have been in business for a half century, IMO it is only because their "guarantee" requires the family to stick with the program for up to 4 years. How many families are going to keep awakening 2 to 4 times a night if it is not working? Then they get to keep your money (>$1700), so of course they are profitable. If a child ends up dry on "their" program, IMO it is just as likely the result of growing older and the alarm as it is their guidance, if any. |
