Hello Kevin - i'm sorry that you are having a rotten time of it. It sounds as though your dad doesn't understand that you can't help it. do you think you could talk to him about it when he is in a good mood? Try to get him to take you to the doctor for some advice or even look at this website so he can see that lots of children have this problem and that there are lots of things to try to help cure the problem.
