Reply from Lynn - 9/10/01I bought a Potty Pager, but returned it when I realized that the majority of children, including mine, are deep sleepers are don't wake to sound or vibratory alarms. I did alot of research and found that the vast majority of children need to be awoken by their parents (me!) and only over a period of a few days to weeks do they learn to recognize any stimulus. Therefore, DON'T waste your money on the potty pager or any alarm that ONLY vibrates. You need to initially hear the alarm so you can help your child. If you really are set on vibration - get one of the Malem or Palco ones that have both vibration AND sound. That way, you have a choice and alot more options. |
