Yes. 10 years ago we used it with our then 7 and 1/2 year old son. In three nights he was cured. It was hard to believe after what we had been through and all that we had tried. The alarm didn't wake him, but it woke us! We would run down the hall and wake him -- change his clothes and bed as usual. But after three nights of that it began to wake him. In fact, he just began to wake before he needed to go! (We're now beginning to use it with our 6-year-old. But, the old alarm isn't working consistently. Looking for a new one.)
