My daughter will walk around in wet pants sometimes. We do give her a consequence for not 'cleaning herself up' but we never do for bedwetting. He might not be able to help himself at night, but when he is awake he should be responsible for cleaning it up. I know that my daughter has some sensory integration issues. I wonder if your son does too. Perhaps he doesn't 'feel it' the same way you or I would.
