We used Pacific International and it worked, but it costs way more than anyone probably needs. The good stuff we learned is that for most people it is a sleep disorder, not a too-much-water or bladder disorder. The had the child practice saying and thinking, I can get up, I can take care of myself--which I think was good. (This is not something Mom and Dad do for them!) Finally, then encouraged the child to drink a lot of water before bed and for Mom or Dad to be ready to help them wake up (which is what they need) the first few times. The parent should try to help less and less--letting the child take care of the wet mess, etc as much as possible. Only when the child consistantly gets up and uses the bathroom him/herself and does the drinking of a lot of water stop. In other words, once the forced big problem is solved, there is little problem from them on drinking a normal amount of water before bed.
