hi i have a son that is 13 his name is john. he wets the bed everynight and sometimes during the day. i have notices that he soils himself to. he is overweight and goodnights do not fit is there a diaper thet is not bulky that woukd fit him he is 178 pounds all somments are welcome. thanx lana

What is wrong with this Message Board? Why isn't there a moderator to figure out WHO is REAL and WHO is not. Some of these posts are OUTRAGEOUS. Treating an older child and making them into a "Baby" is just the opposite of what a parent is trying to do. I have a 12 year old daughter that wets every night. I would like to tell you about her and what she does, - BUT, that is something that I will only tell to people that REALLY care. It could be a very informative issue to other parents. But, like I said, this board has got to be moderated - or sorted out - in some way. Just a Hint - She sometimes wets on purpose - AND I KNOW WHY - "SHE" TOLD ME" If you want to know the answer/s she gave me - GET this board on the right Track.

Many thanks for the advice,I have her now back in nappies and rubbers and it's like having a baby back in the house with all the changes and washing.She now has started dirtying her nappy and also sucking her thumb.Will she grow out of this???.

My son Joe wets the bed and has agreed that going back into diapers is best for right now. What brand and size of diaper is good for him. He weighs 100 poungd and has a size 26 waist.

I don't know what to do,my daughter has been wetting at school and every day she has a wet skirt and knickers.Recently the bed has been the same as well and I am thinking of putting her in nappies and rubbers 24/7.

My concern is for my 6 yr old grandaughter Aimee, who constantly wets and sometimes [rarely] soils while anywhere other than home, i.e. school, friends houses and in cars. The story goes....my daughter Kerri is a lone parent and my grandaughter is an only child [although I dont think this is of relevance]. From an early age Aimee was a "clean" child and always asked to go to the bathroom. When she got involved playwise with other children she often left going to the bathroom to the very last second and as we all know thats when a certain number of accidents can occur. Both my daughter and myself tried to teach her not to hold on to it but to find the nearest toilet or ask a grown-up. This worked for a very short time. Now she is fast approaching 6 years of age and rather than the situation getting better it is becoming increasingly worse and embarressing for her and for her mother when she collects her from school only to discover that Aimee is once again wearing pants and other garments from the lost property because she has wet her own. Aimees friends are starting to call her names like Baby and Smelly to name two. this name calling seems to add to the problem and not help. My daughter is at the end of her tether with Aimee and needs to know what to do. She has "threatened" Aimee with buying her pull-ups, to which Aimee is horrified but even if it came to this I do not think that Aimee will "quit"......Can anyone out there please help?
