Hi it’s Jenny.I’ve been to this site in january.Since then I’ve wet my bed more than twenty times.I went to doctorI have attended some test but my urinary tract seems to be ok.I still don’t know what can be the reason of my problem.I don’t even remember any dreaming and I don’t wake up during urinating .I only wake up when I am already wet.I wanted to set my alarm clock but it always happens in different time.I’ve been searching web for more information and I learned that bedwetting can return after some years being dry.So maybe this is alsomy case althught it returned after many years.Istarted to use washable undersheets for my bed.By the way thanksfor your support,it’s nice that i have some place to talk about this.

i was going to go on hoilday with my girl never been on hoilday with her befor and her kids my problem is when i drink i wet the bed,she as been fine about it but when i new we was going on hoilday i kept sayin to her what will happen if i wet the the bed when am there,and shoud keep say to me that mades come in every morning to make the beds so i would say what if i put a towel on me and she would say its to hot to but anything on,so it would come back to me sayen what if i wet the bed and the kids found out and with the mades coming in some ono would no then she sied it was doing her head in that she could not go on hoilday thinking about me and the kids finding out, but she did say to me that i would get drunk and that she no,s that when i get drunk i wet the bed so she sied how can she injoy here hoilday knonin that and there was me thinking it was my hoilday as well,we had a fight and i was gone a week and in that week she put a stop to my hoilday and is going to take her mum she sied she done this because she did not think she would have me back,but i am back and not wet for along time now but in my mind i think she did not want me on hoilday with her in case i got drunk and wet the bed her mum could say take your man with you but she as not i no my mum would if we got back together,is all i can think about is that am not going because i may wet i do not no what to do or say that i have not sied i love her so much but it was are fist hoilday togethr, now my head is done in can anyono help and tell me what i can do please, thank you.

I have wet the bed pretty much all of my life. I am currently a college student and I have a hard time coping with my bedwetting problem living w/ a roomate. It is very embarassiing to try and keep this a secret, because sometimes I feel like i'm the only person in the world who has this problem at my age. I won't give guys the time of day when they try to talk to me because I am embarassed about the fact that I am twenty one years old and still wet the bed. My closest friends don't even know about my problem, and while their spending the night over their boyfriends houses I'm stuck up in my room avoiding relationships. This is a very nerve wrecking thing, and I was hoping that someone has some advice as to how I can cope with this situation because I am becoming very frustrated with this.

I am new to this site and need your help. I have been having problem off and on with wetting at night and during the day. I have problems with my nurves in my back and legs. I go numb often and with this have a constint leakage from a one day up to a week and then it will go away for a while. I have had this problem for about a year now. I have gone to a uroligist and a nuroligist and they can't find any problems yet. Does any one else experience this?

Hey it's Valerie. I think that I have mostly bowel incontinence and I feel mortified. There have been many, many close calls where if I don't find a bathroom in a minute or two, I will have an accident. I have posted here before, and now one of my concerns is exercise. I try to go to the bathroom before I walk/jog but 20/25 minutes later, I have an urgency and I need to find a bathroom asap. I had an accident a couple years ago when I was riding my bike, and one a while ago when I was walking. These accidents are both bladder and bowel incontinence, though at other times, I worry that I will lose controlof my bladder.. I do not want to wear a diaper, but if it would work and not be too bulky, or noticeable, I might try it. I have never used one before, and I could use some advice about what kind to get and the size. I do not want to look at the products for any length of time.Any suggestions?Thanks.-Valerie

Hi Al I found this site , someone online told me Im a male 49 yrs of age, Ive recently started wetting my bed! I have teenage daughters and am trying to hide my accidents .........now im worried they will find out!! What should I do?? buy diapers?? What kind are the best to buy ...Ive also soiled a little bit once in a while ! I dont want real bulky or humungus ones .....hopefully they have thin one ....that do the job!! Please help! When I was 25 years old I started to put weight on (pressures of work and current fast food culture). I got quite big not huge when I began to have sleep problems. During the day I was so tired it did not seem like I had slept but I know I had. I was waking frequently to go to the bathroom. Occasionally I had accidents during the day when I would drop off to sleep.After a couple of months like this I stopped waking and would wake up wet. I have even woken up messy. It was at this stage I saught doctors advice. I have been diagnosed with Mixed Sleep Apnea. The doctors told me to loose weight and change my lifestyle which I did.I lost weight and play sports a lot. The wet and occasionally messy beds have not stopped. It is not every night but I do have to wear Nappies/Diapers as unfortunately you can't tell which night its going to be.I have had accidents at friends' houses where I have not taken a Nappy/Diaper and these episodes have caused much embarrassment. But it is affecting relationship problems. I am currently single due to this problem and every time someone gets close I now push them away.I have a girl currently interested in me - we get on well and this weekend I am going to stay. I know I have to tell her (or stay awake for the entire weekend) how do I do it.
